At Zugnoo Services, we strive to provide reliable and transparent services. If you wish to cancel an order or service, the following policies apply:

1. Service Cancellation:

   • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of booking/payment and before the service/project initiation.

   • Once a project or service has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation by Zugnoo Services:

   • We reserve the right to cancel any order/service due to unavoidable reasons (technical, operational, compliance issues). In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.

3. How to Cancel:

   • Customers can raise cancellation requests via email at [contacts@zugnooservices.com] with order details.

4. Refund after Cancellation:

   • If eligible, refunds for cancelled services will be initiated within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
