Refund Policy

At Zugnoo Services (Zugnoo Home Sync Solution LLP), customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our services (IT, Telecom, Civil & Corporate Projects), refunds are applicable only under specific conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • Refunds will be considered only if services/products have not been delivered or initiated.

    • In case of duplicate payment due to technical error, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

    • If a project/service is cancelled by Zugnoo Services, the customer will be eligible for a full refund.

  2. Non-Refundable:

    • Once service is initiated, completed, or delivered, it will not be eligible for refund.

    • Subscription/AMC/Project-based advance payments are non-refundable.

  3. Refund Process:

    • Eligible refunds will be credited to the original source of payment within 7–14 business days after verification.
